We will run waves every 10 minutes to maintain flow and spacing.
A complete starting list with assigned wave times will be released the week before the event so you can plan accordingly.

You’ll leave with real data — not assumptions — about where you stand and what needs to improve.
If you plan to race HYROX in the future, you need exposure to the full structure.
If you’re unsure about competing, this gives you the experience without race-day chaos.
