HYBRID RACE PREP PROGRAM

Prepare to crush the Anaheim Hyrox in December—or any hybrid race that comes your way—with our 16-week Hybrid Prep Package. This periodized program is built to develop the strength, endurance, and speed needed to dominate race day and set you up for a powerful start to the 2025/2026 season.


Throughout the journey, you’ll have the energy, accountability, and encouragement of the Foundry community pushing you every step of the way.

HYBRID PREP PACKAGE- 16-Week Hyrox Build

Weekly Training Sessions


Wednesdays - 4:50am, 6:00am, 7:10am, 12:00pm or 5:20pm

Saturdays - 10:30am


These sessions replicate HYROX and Deka demands using sleds, ski ergs, rowers, sandbags, wall balls, and specialized gym equipment to build strong, dense muscle.

***Distance runs will be completed individually until the fall, when we’ll begin incorporating shorter group runs to sharpen pacing, transitions, and grit under pressure. 

PRICING

   •    Members: $100/month

    •    Non-Members: $200/month


    •    Billed in 4 monthly installments

    •    Package auto-expires after 4 billing cycles


All sessions will be booked under 

Hybrid Wednesdays, and 

Hybrid Prep 

on the Studio Bookings app
