Weekly Training Sessions
Wednesdays - 4:50am, 6:00am, 7:10am, 12:00pm or 5:20pm
Saturdays - 10:30am
These sessions replicate HYROX and Deka demands using sleds, ski ergs, rowers, sandbags, wall balls, and specialized gym equipment to build strong, dense muscle.
